People make excuses everyday all day but when it comes to she can't deliver, sounds like she doesn't know herself that well and that her subconscious is running most of her life. 1 hour out of an entire week is never impossible or too busy for.. If you were to contact her, while she is taking time away from you, you would be showing signs of needy behavior. i advise you to wait for her to contact you (believe me she will). if you were to contact her it may be the beginning to the end of your relationship.. Now, over the past 2-3 weeks, i haven't seen her at all and every time i ask her to hang out she has an excuse - she has too much homework, her family is in town, she's in a bad mood, etc. move on. do not respond to her texts.. Or want to hang out, but then get overly anxious/nervous about it because she likes you and pull out. or just be really flaky about making plans. who knows, people be wacky..
